The hotel was very nice, the lobby area is a nice place to spend time, we visited in November when it was a little cold so it was nice to have a lovely lobby to spend time in the evenings. Hotel evening entrainment was good. We had a room on the 7th floor with partial sea view, which was very nice. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, there were so many options for dining throughout the day and night. We had booked a double room but I believe we were given a room for 3 as there was an extra single bed so the room felt very spacious. "

"I will say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences from a hotel. Staff was very attentive to my requests, the food was incredible and cooks are willing to customize your meals according to your needs. Only issue I’d say is there is an issue with cats wandering around the outdoor dinning patio areas. People tend to feed them so it seems as if they are used to privileges. "

"I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet! "
