"The rooms were spacious and kept very clean. The staff were accommodating when we asked to change our room due to the noise from other guests. The hotel is in a good location as it is adjacent to Gurney Plaza and Paragon Mall."

"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "

"Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this) On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too. "Once again our stay was very enjoyable. The staff in the restaurant are so friendly and assist in any way possible. The pool attendant was exceptional, bringing our towels down personally and setting them out for us. Everything is well maintained and our room overlooked the Straits of Malacca. We shall return."

"Location is good close to Gurney Plaza and Paragon Mall. Staff very welcoming right from arrival through to the time to depart. Rooms are well sized and very comfortable. Highly recommended if you are wanting to stay in Penang instead of the beach area at Batu Ferringhi."
