"A lovely hotel to stay in while in San Sebastian. The hotel sits high on a hill giving unparalleled views of the city and beach from the rooftop. The hotel maintains a series of elevators and corridors that take you to the bottom of the hill so you can easily access the beach and downtown. There is also a public elevator that takes you directly between the lobby level and the downtown street level. The staff is highly motivated to make the stay a positive one. Rooms are outfitted with beautiful linens and were impecably clean. The restaurant food is tasty. If there are any weaknesses, it is in concierge services, when we asked for a recommended barber, the front desk googled it. When we asked the omelet station for an over medium egg, they suggested getting a sunny-side up egg from the buffet. Overall a wonderful stay."

"First impressions on arrival were 'Wow this place is very nice' The staff were immediately helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was spotlessly clean and looks like it's been refurbished recently. The bed firm but comfortable. I didn't watch the TV but a large one is there if you need it. The bathroom is quality, the shower absolutely the best. A proper rain shower, I liked very much. Breakfast was superb, great coffee and everything you could want to eat or drink is there for you to take as much as you like. The location is about 50 metres from the sea front where there is a large beach and lovely easy to swim in section of Atlantic coast. All in all this has been one of the best experiences for holidaying. I hope to return."

"This was a great place to stay for our couple of days exploring San Sebastian. Its just outside the centre but a lovely walk through a pretty park into the centre. We had a basic room which had everything we needed and a lovely bathroom. kettle etc. Pool was really lovely and we also has a really nice lunch in the restaurant. Would go back."
