Fantastic duplex flat in perfect condition, located in the exclusive community Les Oliveres, just 2km from the beach of Aiguablava. The community has large gardens and three communal swimming pools. Parking space for one car. The flat enjoys beautiful views to the sea and the community. It consists of three double bedrooms, one of them en-suite with private bathroom and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom and pleasant living-dining room with access to the large terrace, where there is a nice summer dining room.
