"We liked staying at this property, though I'm not sure I'd do it again with the children. "Easy to find and access.. large carpark The Hotels are pretty uniform with holiday Inn so we pretty much knew what to expect.. Comfortable clean room.. extra amenities such as..tea coffee making facilities..iron.. ironing board.. Everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay or longer.. And great value for money with breakfast included in the price.. This particular hotel is situated in an industrial area.. so not much close by in the way of restaurant and shops.. But you can eat in the hotel or have a beer or two. The staff were very helpful and so friendly to.. So we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.."

"We checked in at around 5pm after travelling 400 miles from Glasgow hoping to relax and get ready for a pre wedding function to attend at 6pm. To our utmost disappointment we discovered that our room was not ready. It was in a mess left by the previous guests. When we complained at the reception then duty manger came up and apogised and offered us free drinks until the room was made ready, which we refused. We were short of time and had to use the room as it was to get ready and used our own towels to freshen up and left for the party. The room was done up nicely when we returned from the party. Staff were helpful and friendly. On checkout we complained about our experience and requested a refund for the first night of our stay for the inconvnience. Duty manager did apologise and couldn't offer refund. We were promised that the hospitality manager will contact us. Adding to our disappointment, we haven't heard anything from them until today."

"Stayed for one night, which happened to be the hottest night of the year. Not the hotels fault, but the window in the room would not open. Hotel did supply fans but made little difference. Major issue was after a night in a 30 degree room there was no water for a shower, or the toilet. Spoke to manager who was stressed but apologetic who said the mains were off due to an issue which he hoped would be fixed at some point…. We left quickly to find somewhere to shower and was asked at reception if we had a good night. When we said not really, the water was a major problem for us was told by receptionist that the water had only gone off 5 minutes ago ( it had been at least half an hour ) and didn’t see it as an issue. At no point was offered any rate reduction, offered another room or advice where to go for a shower, or even a proper apology."
