Had to wait another 9 minutes for them to show up. Got to the room and the tv only had sound, no picture. Had to walk back to the desk to tell them and a man came and tried to fix it but had to swap it out for another tv. There is also no ice but after telling the man he brought us some in...

"An unpleasant place—there was a terrible stench of cigarette smoke everywhere, and two people were smoking marijuana by the pool. It was filthy; there were cigarette butts all over the stairs and floor, and the floors weren't swept. In the room, the bathtub was stained with something unknown, and there were even tiny spiders on the wall. Honestly, it was a nasty hotel."
