"The location of the hotel is really good. Unfortunately, upon our arrival we were told that the A/C is not working. The fan they put into our upper floor room instead could not catch up. We were not offered any reimbursement for that inconvenience. Also, The sleeping sofa for the kids was not prepared, the staff was not really helpful here. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience"
"Hotel conditions were very bad, The shower door was missing, water was spilling everywhere for the first night. The manager moved us to another room. Although the shower door was closed but the sink didn’t work properly. Water goes down very slowly."
