"Spent a great long weekend here. Cottage was lovely and cosy with great views of the sea. Really well equipped kitchen for cooking in however great places to eat a short walk away. Living room is lovely and cosy with the log burner and comfortable couches. Good supply of videos and books as well. Bedrooms were comfy and the shower over the bath had good pressure and lots of hot water available. Enclosed back and front garden which was great for the dog. "The listing on Hotels.com (and a paper sign inside the room itself) advertise the hotel as having ‘free on site parking’. The property does not have parking. So I spent 4 days having to musical chairs my car around the car parks of Alnwick so as to not get a ticket. This is false advertising, and I wouldn’t have booked if the venue was honest about the parking situation. "
