"As soon as I walked into the hotel I received a welcoming greeting and a smooth check-in. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion options provided were a nice touch. There was a variety of options for breakfast. From omelettes to pancakes, breakfast sausage to cereal with fruit or fruit by itself. There were also biscuits with gravy, oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs. My toddler was a big fan of the pancakes and cinnamon rolls. The pool area was nice and so was the fitness room. We would definitely stay again. "

"The location and staff and room were amazing. The only concern I had was the $150 per night deposit. While I know it is standard, it's a lot for someone to have held while on vacation. This was the highest total I have had to pay, and I have stayed at the midtown hilton in NYC. I just wish there was a smaller fee. "

"1. Three hours in, the fuse tripped, and we had no electricity for the entire night. No heating when it was 25 F outside, no light, no ability to charge phones. No one answered our phone calls and email until noon the next day. They're lucky we didn't take legal action. 2. This is not a hotel. There is no reception to check in, you just enter pin numbers to the building and room. 3. Apartment was clean but the building was in disrepair. The stench of smoke was really bad. The stairs and entry are dirty and have objects thrown around."
