We were happily surprised such a clean and quiet hotel. The staff was polite and very accommodating. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the waffles were great! I would stay here again.

This hotel was in the perfect area if youāre planning on visiting a loved one in Winona. We made a weekend trip down here to visit our cousin thatās a WSU student and we had so much fun! The continental breakfast was delicious, the hot tub and pool were clean and fun. And the staff were so friendly!

Clean for the most part, although shower wasnt cleaned. Breakfast was decent, but didnt have bacon as showed in pictures. Person above us was loud walking around, but at least wasnt middle of night. Indoor pool was a bit cold. Overall nice place though, would stay again for the area and comfy beds.

We stayed in the Alexander Suite, which was ideal for us. King size bed, Victorian charm, tidy bathroom with tub, shower and amenities. Enjoyed the Watkins lotion. The room has an adjacent sitting room perfect for coffee, tea, or relaxing. Don't forget to write something in the journal. The host, Richard, is super nice and so knowledgeable about the area. The huge breakfast consists of 5 courses. Fruit parfait, fresh baked bread that is to die for. The blueberry was our favorite. The main...

The room was big and clean. Everything was perfect. The only things that could have made it better would have been a hot tub and shuttle service to the casino.

We enjoyed Donās patient explanations of the history of the home and community. He also provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner and complimentary tickets to a surprisingly outstanding museum. It was snowing and in the morning Don cleaned off our car before breakfast so we were all set to go. We have no complaints about anything.

From the outside, it was obvious that the building is a little old, but the inside is very clean and liveable, and the hospitality was very good. Would definitely recommend. My wife says the lighting is poor, and she had to apply her makeup by the light of the outside window. Otherwise, we both really enjoyed the stay.
