"Cleanliness was acceptable, but admittedly we are clean freaks (LOL). Beds were reasonably comfortable, and this is highly subjective but they seemed to be a little firmer than we prefer. Stove was difficult to operate, but once we figured it out it worked as it should. Beach access was spectacular. Slider doors along the back wall in the main level need attention. Very difficult to open the main door. Plus needs curtains or blinds as the back of the house faces West and the sun will blast you at the dining table."

"This house sits on a beautiful stretch of beach and the pool was perfect for our 2-year old! The pool could only be accessed by 2 locked gates from outdoors and was very private. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved that the laundry area was centrally located to the bedrooms. We had an issue with one of the air conditioning units and the problem was resolved the same day. Over all this is a very nice home!"

"Owner was awesome with his responses. It'sa beautiful house with a beautiful view. Our first year staying on the bay side of the cape was awesome. Would recommend to anyone who truly wants to experience the bay side in comfort and absolute PEACE. Loved it."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Footprints in the Sand for our family that had 4 adults and 2 kids. We fit comfortably with room to spread out. It had everything you can think of to take to the beach to have fun. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook. The views were amazing. Pool is small, but was perfect for stormy days when there were double red flags. Walking distance to the ice cream shop that also has breakfast sandwiches, and super close to the seafood market. We will definitely stay here again."
