"A completely updated room made this stay excellent. Our king size bed was comfortable and the windows facing the woods added to the peaceful ambiance of this location along highway 1 in Rockport. Our room had a large desk area with a small fridge and microwave and desk chair and flat screen tv. There was another chair along with a side table next to it and a floor lamp. There were bedside tables on each side of the bed both containing USB A & C ports as well as plug receptacles. We don’t see these type of amenities in older hotels. The bathroom area had a shower/toilet room separate from the sink. The sink base was large and modern being taller than older standard height sinks. Towels were thick and soft! This was a great place to stay. The only drawback was that we could hear floor squeaks from people walking around the room above us. I would book this hotel again."

"We had a King Deluxe. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was terrific. They were very accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was good.
