"The house itself was great. I had a group of 22 adults. The house gave us plenty of space for everyone. All couples had big enough beds, the back yard was amazing and we never felt cramped. To be this glose to NYC was perfect. We took the ferry from Hoboken into the city and it was easy to uber back late night. My only complaint was the lack of info on parking. "I have few complaints for this property overall, but the condition of the jacuzzi raises significant concerns about how this property is cleaned between guests. There was a film of brown gunk (dirt? dead skin? who knows) covering the surface of the water and stuck to the inside of the cover. Had we not turned on our phone flashlights to take the cover off, we wouldn't have even seen it due to the lack of working lighting in that area. Luckily we noticed it before anyone got in.
