I would love to host you! Please read the entire listing. I welcome all questions. I am available to help you make the best decision for your needs.
One bedroom apartment. This is not an entire home rental. But man oh man, it's packed with amenities! Living room, bathroom, bedroom w/queen bed and kitchenette. While all noise can't be removed, the house was built to aid in mitigating as much noise as possible. If you'd like more information on that, please reach out.
Details, Details, Details - this apartment has sooo many! And the vibe is a little bit spa (Natural oil diffuser and Shiatsu Shoulder & neck & foot/leg massagers, sound machine, cozy robes) and a little bit romance (4 poster bed with fairy lights). Property is one half mile to white sand beach and two miles from downtown. A very nice street to stroll down to the beach! Quiet residential neighborhood. Please note the kitchenette has a two burner hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven. Please understand this kitchenette isn't designed for daily full meal cooking.
The bath has a full walk in shower. Basics are supplied (soap, shampoo, and a small supply of toiletries you might have forgotten)
Free WiFi and Amazon firestick Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV, as well as other free apps are included (prime videos, TV applications - not Cable or dish) and digital antenna for some local stations.
Basic amenities are included toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soft soap, bath and beach towels, wash cloths and hand towels and kitchen wash cloth and towels.
I can assure you that while this is an apartment, it's very private and quiet. I rarely see guests (unless you'd like to meet). In addition, I don't ask you to do a litany of chores at the end of your stay. There are no shared spaces.
You will have 2 spaces to park. Front to back, not side to side (appx 30 ft). Suitable for 2 economy vehicles. Driveway is not suitable for large heavy trailers or campers. If you need more space, contact me and I can provide you contact information to store your trailer.
There are cooling and heating limits. 70° low limit 77° high limit for cooling. 78° high limit for heating. In addition, the sytem will automatically adjust if the humidity rises to 63% or above. This is a failsafe to limit mold growth. If you need temperatures outside of those limits please contact me before booking.
There is a doorbell camera that records video and audio. I am happy to turn off after check in on request.
If you need help checking in, let me know in advance. Otherwise this is solely self check in.
You are responsible for reading the listing in its entirety and ensuring its a good fit for you. Examples; you didn't realize it's an apartment; I thought I got the whole driveway. No Refund will be given for those types of situations, unless you cancel within the cancelation window. You are also responsible to read the check in instructions provided the morning of your arrival. You are REQUIRED to acknowledge and share an active phone number that you will have access. Owner reserves right to cancel if number is not provided within 24 hours of booking.
Renting from an individual requires a commitment from both host and guest. My responsibility is to provide everything as listed and help you in any reasonable way I can. Your responsibility is to ensure a listing will meet your wants, needs and requirements. I promise that I'll do my part.

Due to liability, charging of golf carts or EVs is not permitted.
Large trailers are not permitted. I can provide you with the information of a storage facility.
