"Second time staying there. Great location if you are in downtown Miami, but more importantly, staff was very helpful. My daughter left her bag with wallet and keys, and the hotel retrieved it. In this day and age, it's refreshing to stay at a place where the staff is honest and helpful. Rooms are very large, and they have everything you need including a full kitchen. but we ate at the poolside restaurant/bar and the food was great. Thank you to the team at the Elsner."

"We are not the first time staying in this hotel. We were enjoying most of our stays there but this time was somewhat different. The bed was ok but overall the noise of ac was very loud, compared to the other rooms we were staying before. We love YVE because is very close by to everything but some things needs to be improved."
