"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."

Plenty of kitchen wear they only thing we may suggest is some form of cleaning product as it wasnt something we thought of bringing with us. But other than was a great weekend and highly reccomend. "

"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. "This is a nice, good value and well maintained and managed budget hotel. I stayed in room 4 for five nights in June. The recently refurbished room was medium sized and was very clean. It had an en-suite shower room with a power shower. There was also a clothes rack with four coat hangers and some shelves, a dressing table and chair and a good sized double bed. There was a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a welcome chocolate bar and apple juice-a nice touch. There was plenty of electrical sockets, some with USB ports, a hair dryer and portable electric fan. There is no room service or phone link to reception, but I did not find these to be necessary and it obviously helps keep prices reasonable. There is no fridge. The guy on reception was welcoming, helpful and efficient. There are very good bus links into the centre (from outside the sorting office, two minutes walk away) for those without a car; alternatively, It is a twenty minute walk to the city centre. Recommended for the discerning, realistic budget traveller."
