"From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Wonderful breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff and a 4/5 gym and quite nice pool area. Recommended!"

"This is overall a nice hotel in the middle of Riga's Old Town, so very well located. We got a nice spacious apartment separated from the main entrance, as the hotel is spread over several buildings. Staff was very helpful. One minor down point, the window blackouts are very deficient. I like to sleep in a very dark room, and that one let a lot of light in. It's a pity so many hotels don't pay attention to this small but important detail."

"Good hotel and within walking distance to many attractions. If you like EDM music, there is Poseidon music venue within 4min walk. The only ding for hotel is on the 6th floor of room, the water pressure is sporadic. On the second night, the hot water completely turned off in 7 minutes. For the next few nights, I made sure to finish showering in under 7 minutes in case the water went off again."

"I booked a double room with a double bed, got two single beds. They joined them together and tried giving me 2 single duvets.. the room smelt of cigarette smoke, the tv on the wall was hung at an angle. Check in at 3, to be told my room was unavailable and that they were placing me into another hotel, but the insisted I had to walk there. I declined and suddenly they found another room. It isn’t a 4 star at all, a 3 star is what it is."

"All was very good. One thing to note, hot dishes in breakfast buffet smelled like fish. No idea why. Other than that, staff were very helpful, service was superb, room was comfortable and very clean. Mattress was very comfortable. Overall, great location, helpful staff, excellent service."

"This was a very nice hotel. Very welcoming staff especially Evita who was always willing to guide us or help us with anything. Clean rooms - great location. Breakfast was great - so much variety and very polite and efficient service. Made our stay in Riga a little more special. ."
