1. Poor ventilation in the room and bathroom. My bathroom was wet all the time. 2. The property is humid thus causing the carpet has unpleasant smell. 3. The birds resting outside the trees by the roadside tends to be noisy and affecting those who is a light sleeper. 4. Staff is friendly and attentive to our needs. Kudos to that!

I get the room at the ground floor, just beside the hotel cleaner office! very noisy in the morning! The room was very small & the floor was dirty! The front desk staff not friendly

Our room little bit small with 2 single beds inside. Just nice for our short vacation. No mirror inside our rooms except in the toilet itself. Overall satisfied. You pay less, you get less but if you pay more, definitely you will get EXTRAVAGANZA.

My family and i will always come back to this hotel for vacation at Batu Pahat. Service is excellent,place is clean and its convinient to go anywhere from the hotel.

Nice n clean room

The room is sufficient for short trip for single traveller without much baggage. The room is clean n cozy. The wall is a bit thin so may be able to hear outside activities thus may disturb yr sleep if u are a light sleeper

Decent & budget hotel

Price is reasonable, but don't expect much. For the booking price we paid (in USD), it is actually equivalent to the walk-in price (in RM) after all the currency conversion fee imposed by the credit card. Pillow is hard. Room has all the basic necessity, although body soap is not provided. (I think they are expecting you to use the hand soap instead.) Would not visit again unless on tight budget.

Old, broken and unfixed bathroom equipment, the electric power went off suddenly, was tripped off when turning on AC. not recommend for family with children.
