"Overall, this property is a great place to stay. It's close to Folly Beach and restaurants. Charleston is an easy drive for all the great siteseeing spots. The condo is spacious, even has 3 full bathrooms. The deck has a wonderful view of the sunsets. The only negative is the closeness of the condo to the buzy road leading to the beach. There is constant traffic heading in and out of Folly Beach. We got used to it, but at first it was a distraction. In early April during Spring Break, it is a good value for a nice place."

"The overall stay was ok. They has 2 elevators and one of them was not working. The other one kept breaking down. We were on the 8th floor. I think they need to upgrade their elevator system. "

"This is a great place to stay when visiting Charleston. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to anything. Folly Beach is right up the road. The living room area was very cozy. This was a smaller space but great for my husband, son and myself. "

"Everything was exactly like the pictures and the host described. Check in was hassle free and the place was spotless when we walked in. Folly beach is just a minute down the road so the location was perfect. My wife, daughter and I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jennifer!"

"Great little place for quick trip into Charleston. Convenient to downtown! Giving the mattress a 10/10, so comfortable! Last minute plans added my little dog and child into the mix. James was able to accommodate both. 2 adults, child and dog fit nicely. Highly recommend!"

"What a great place. We loved the screened in porch with the beautiful view. The hosts are great folks and responsive. Location is a safe neighborhood and close to Charleston and the beach. The park pass saved us and gave us access to many places."

"I stayed in Nate's place for 10 nights and found it to be a great base to work out at Fort Johnson, and to visit people around Charleston. It is a quiet location (no noise from traffic, dogs, neighbors etc). It has easy access down the side drive, and plenty of spaces to sit and work/relax. I would stay here again."
