"the place is in nice shape. attractive buildings. we arrived when all the staff was cleaning. the room looked freshly painted, we had a very welcome king size bed, excellent air conditioner, the bathroom was clean, great water pressure and hot water. the only thing was my sink drain was slow but didn't bother us at all. not worth calling the front desk. my only complaint was not the hotel at all but hotels.com who greatly overcharged me but did not even toy with the idea of providing any help at all or refund. will never us them again..."

"So I specifically made sure to get a room with a bathtub, I went to take a bath late at night and there was no stopper so I couldn’t! I went to the front desk and they did mostly fix the problem but the stopper they put in still leaked quite a bit! I then tried to rinse off after the bath and the shower head was leaking and spraying everywhere! They definitely tried their best to fix the issue though!!"

"Beautiful spot. Plenty of room for a family of four (our two boys shared a queen bed) and they loved the treehouse. Really clean and cute place. Used the fridge and coffee maker (thanks for the complimentary coffee!!). Dimitri not only allowed an early check in, but made the fridge available really early in the day which helped our lack of a cooler situation! Beautiful place right downtown."
