"The hotel was clean, and the staff were absolutely excellent—courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, though the pool is quite basic.
​The only issue we encountered was with room amenities. We traveled as a family of five (two adults and three kids) and booked two connecting rooms. Since there were five of us, I requested just one extra pillow so everyone would have one. However, I was told that hotel policy requires an additional nightly charge per extra pillow. It felt like a bizarre policy to charge a family just to have one pillow per person.
​Aside from this strange hidden fee, everything else about our stay was perfect. Location was excellent, 3 mins walk to ferry terminal."
