"Place has aura of elegance in the open area where people can sit read talk listen to the piano .
Clean room but everything you need is available . Kleenex is absence instead a roll of toilet tissue in its place . Hand towel only one available
No face towels .Had to ask . Occurred twice no hot water . Maintenance had to come and resolve the issue. Nothing special with breakfast . Everything you need like bread you have to ask and be charged.
Overall . Can’t complain about the staff in Eagles Nest and in the hotel . Everyone is caring good listener, helpful. They all smile at you
The hotel could have been nice . It’s has the resort aura but when I saw infront of it was gasoline station
First impression was I made a mistake. Accessibility to every where you want to go is a plus."
"The hotel was sufficient for my needs. Very central and walkable to shops and restaurants. No elevator. I was in room 304 and it was quite a climb when you have bags or groceries with you. The TV in the room had this weird streak on the screen that distorts the picture. The towels were dingy and needed replacing. Good thing I brought my own. Bed was comfortable enough. Sufficient hot water in the shower. AC was good enough. The floor was questionable. My socks got dirty just walking around the room. All in all it was ok and you do get what you pay for. Reminds me of a dormitory in college. It has a lot of potential but definitely needs some sprucing up. I was just there to sleep in and was out during the day so I didn't mind it too much. The front desk staff were nice and friendly. "
"We had an amazing experience at Bellagio Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were even very accommodating when we had visitors, which meant a lot to us.
The food at the restaurant was excellent—we ended up dining there the entire time because everything was so good and convenient. One of our favorite moments was relaxing by the pool and enjoying the breathtaking lake view. To top it all off, they also arrange sand dune tours with pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel, which made everything so easy. Truly a hidden gem in Ilocos—highly recommended!"
"Amazing all around. Nearby Starbucks and McDonald's and grocery and shopping mall. Very comfortable beds and pillows, restaurant on ground floor for breakfast. Best hotel in Laoag, I would rebook over and over again. Very clean room. Staff is very respectful, and guards are posted in front. Amazing view of on the 4th floor facing the street."
"I like it because it is in the city proper but the moment we enter our suite, there is a dead huge cockroach in the floor, rag going to the washroom is filthy and there’s a baby cockroach crawling at night. You can’t really tell how dirty it is because the light is dimmed. "
