I love this hotel, and the people who run it. It is definitely a party experience, although the dining is outstanding. The steak tartare and tuna tataki are to die for. Security staff is extremely capable, and are very customer service oriented. I have been in the security field, including hospitality, for over 30 years, and these guys very much impressed me. The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Great place to stay for birdwatchers. See many birds plus bats and macaques in front of the hotel. Some benches in that area would be nice, but …

Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++

This hotel is new. The room is small, but not tiny. Bed was comfy and good selection of cable channels (but no fox news). Front desk was nice and helpful. Definitely a great value for 6 bits. Will stay there again. Also, close to casinos!

The hotel is just Perfect for what we needed! Location is very convenient! It’s very clean , staff were very friendly and the most unforgettable experience was the breakfast included ! I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

Hotel staff was fantastic! Professional! The restaurant staff weee great specially From Mezzanine lounge Jericson. He was veey helpfull managing and organizing our large party dinner. Kudos to Jericson!!!

The hotel is very nice everywhere. All the staff were extremely nice, and wanted to help with anything. Restaurant was good, restaurant staff were awesome. Things changed and we needed to extend another day in A City. We knew they were very booked and we might have to go elsewhere for a day. We asked if they could get us one more day and within 15 minutes they confirmed the additional day. Just great place and experience, and we'll definitely stay again.

Elegant setting specially the lobby bar with live entertainment... good selection of buffet and good tasting food,very attentive staff good location walking distance to mall... free shuttle to the mall highly recommended we enjoyed our stay and definitely will return again when visiting Philippine
