"They are currently doing some renovations, our room was fairly clean, some spots were a little dirtier than others but no major red flags. The AC kept us cool, and I’m sure the heat would’ve work if we needed. We didn’t have an clean services but saw them active around the property. The staff was friendly, especially the security guard! The pool was kind of gross and unclean, and freezing, didn’t end up getting in. "

"Breakfast was great variety, loved the waffles and fresh fruit options. Pool was nice with self serving towels available. Was annoying that the elevators were out of service. Could also hear the people upstairs walking. Something in the room bit me a few times . Free parking was a plus. Only for a VIP voucher for 2 drinks vs the daily credit that was advertised on Expedia "

"One of my favorite hotel stays. The room was incredibly comfortable. Especially the bed! Very well thought out amenities. Even the little bar in the shower to make it easy to shave your legs! And a towel just for make up removal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"Overall it was good for the price. However, I flew in on Tuesday and stayed until Sunday and every day, I was asking if they could get more towels and sanitizing wipes in the gym to wipe down the equipment and it never happened the entire week. They also advertise that the rooms are cleaned every other day… I had to call each time after 3 PM to ask if someone was still coming. Lastly, my rental car got hit in the parking garage and I was told that the cameras were not able to show what happened or who did it. "

"Didnt have a problem really with anything, other than the people above us making thumping noises all night/early morning every day, so it was hard to sleep. The room was as described, easy to park and get to places. Good location, and friendly staff. "

"The hotel and room look nice. You can tell it was renovated and it's actually a super old rundown hotel. For some reason the renovations skipped the elevator. It looked scary and run down. The shuttle was a disappointment. We ended up getting an uber because according to the front desk guy the driver is "always 15-20 minutes late and there's nothing we can do about it"."
