"This is the worst place I have ever stayed. NEVER rent here. I have stayed in shared hostels I preferred over this. Once you make your down payment, the hotel reaches out to let you know they have a 65 euro cleaning fee (and the rooms aren’t very clean), 30-50 euro check in fee depending on the time, towels are 10 euro, AC is 15 euro per day, and there are daily fees that accrue that amount to about 12 euro per day per person. "The location of this hotel was very quiet and private - not much around but that is what we wanted. There was one really good restaurant walking distance to the hotel that had beautiful sunset views. The beach is about a 10-15 min walk from hotel and they also provide a shuttle to the beach. The beach had white sand and beautiful turquoise water. You can have food and drinks at the beach club but if you want to sit at the lounge chairs and use the beach club pool you pay $30 per- person which seems a bit silly when the beach and the pools up at the hotel are free. There was a dj and live singer each night at the hotel providing a lovely ambiance. The hotel has amazing views of the sunset. The pools are both very nice - one is adults only. The drive into the town of Santa Teresa isn’t far but it is up winding roads. The concierge helped us make a dinner reservation at a nearby Agriturismo which was an excellent experience. Hotel room was very nice - clean and bed was comfortable."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"
