"The hotel is not in proper operation, it's outdated, had an odd, unfair conditioned small elevator. No air conditioning in lobby or room halls so you arrive being welcomed by irritated front desk staff. Hotel room A/C units were weak in the middle of summer, loud and has a bright light on your face ..."
