"Just got home after a lovely stay at Rowton Castle. The staff were amazing could not do enough for you. Food was good and excellently presented. The grounds were amazingly kept. First visit but definitely not the last."

"Lovely hotel , old and characterful, the staff were very caring, breakfast excellent.
Only one complaint. Pillows very lumpy and hard, probably need replacing. I find this is a common problem with hotels."

"Excellent countryside hotel located in a historic rustic Manor House with good facilities and parking and only 15 minutes away from Shrewsbury town centre.
My room was clean with lovely antique furniture and countryside view and had a decent size for a single person although other rooms appear bigger on the map and on photos.
Reception staff were very helpful and kind!
Highly recommended."
