"Location can’t be beat- right on the square, Hotel is charming with very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is with the charm of an old building comes the lack of modern conveniences- namely air conditioning. No hotel on the square will have a.c, thought, and the room does have a fan to help, so it is manageable."

"Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and close...

"No bar, clean room, but the air-conditioning in the room was not working properly. That made the room stay too warm during the night."

"Perfect breakfast unless want bacon eggs as none. Personable staff. Free parking but be aware of it being under renovation and if hot outside demand a fan. Ac very bad. Great price too but 4 of 5 overall."
