"We arrived late (10.45PM due to long passport control queues at Milan Milpensa) and despite that, reception staff were really welcoming. We got to the room, and there was a half bottle of red wine, plus a bottle of pop and sweets for my daughter. The room was really spacious, it had a king size bed (really comfortable) two tables with chairs, plus a sofa, table and tub chair. There was a kettle, plus lots of tea and coffee varieties. There were wardrobes, plus plenty of space and drawers to place things. The bathroom was huge too, with a vanity kit provided. Reception can also provide other items upon request.
There are shops, a good mini supermarket near by, and a great restaurant. You can also get just Eats delivered.
Reception staff let us leave our suitcases with them after checkout on the last day, so that we could spend more time in Milan. Reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
