Huge luxury villa ideal for vacation rental. Villa nestled in the beautiful valley of La Drova. Exclusive urbanization in the best area of La Drova, next to the city of Gandía. Villa Montesol is Ideal for several families, groups or families with children or groups of friends. Luxury villa, fully furnished, with 7 rooms, all exterior, spacious and very bright, all rooms have television and wardrobes. Large pool with night light with different colors, 3 complete bathrooms of modern design. Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. It has 2 rooms with a double bed and 5 rooms with 2 beds per room. Oil central heating throughout the house with radiators in all rooms. The villa has 2 large barbecues. Huge dining room with fireplace with two very comfortable high-end sofas and 4k flat screen television and satellite television with English, French, German and many other countries channels. Dvd and a large collection of movies, as well as a stereo and a large collection of musical CDs. We have board games such as monopoly, Party, trivial, poker, catán and many more. We have Amazon video and HBO on request We also have a large number of board games in many languages. All our beds have high-end, comfortable and comfortable mattresses. It has mosquito nets on the windows. Huge fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction ceramic hob, refrigerator. And enjoy the coffee that you like the most, we have a nespresso coffee machine, dolce gusto, tasimo, barista, espresso machine and water machine. We also have a microwave, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, thermos, and very complete kitchenware. Very bright kitchen with access to an outdoor terrace. Villa with two huge terraces. Smooth paint in colors throughout the house and TV sockets. and telephone in all rooms of the house. The house has a service of sheets, blankets, duvets and towels and all the necessary household items. Windows with mosquito nets. Large private parking with capacity for more than seven cars. For the safety of our tenants, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher and an evacuation plan according to current regulations. It also has a smoke and carbon monoxide detector for greater security. Villa located just 10 minutes from Gandía and all its services such as hospital, shopping centers, and 1km from Barx, a town with a school, doctor and 2 supermarkets. Area surrounded by numerous places of beautiful charm for rural tourism, hiking or climbing. Visit the famous Parpalló cave, the most famous in the Mediterranean basin for its famous archaeological remains. And the famous Gandía beach just 20 minutes away. Also visit the famous beaches of Cullera, Denia or Jávea, or the world famous beach of Benidorm. Visit Valencia and its famous city of arts and sciences and its oceanographic, the largest in Europe. Visit several of the restaurants where you can taste their famous paellas. Try the famous Barx cold meat and its excellent gastronomy. Enjoy the wonderful views from the Mondúber mountain, located next to La Drova, and visit the font del Sirer with its spectacular views. Enjoy the great location of the Montesol village, its pool with night lighting, its nearby beaches. And if you come in winter, enjoy its fireplace and central heating.

Family gathering
13 members, from cousins, to siblings and grandparents. We all enjoyed Villa Montesol. Susanna went above and beyond to help set up a flamenco lesson for the all the girls. When the pandemic hit,
Susanna also honored our deposit until travel was again possible.

Éramos un grupo de 15 personas y la casa nos resultó comodísima, además de muy limpia y bien equipada. La terraza y la piscina, una pasada. Y la zona, que ninguno conocía, es preciosa. Muy recomendable.

La casa tenía muchísimas comodidades para 14 personas.
Temperatura dentro de la casa 21 grados, calentitas y cómodas.
Os aconsejo alquilarla.
