"A clean and well-stocked flat in a very convenient location. Great appliances that all worked. A clean, comfortable bed and comfortable sitting area. Possibly the best VRBO we have encountered. If we had to point out limitations we would say the shower is a little small and it was odd that there were only 3 dinner forks but both would be a little nit-picky considering the overall quality of the flat!"

"The property was disgraceful. We didn't stop there we booked somewhere else. Bed unmade not been changed from previous person. It absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Rubbish on the floor in front room. Food left in the freezer. Tried ringing Muhammad but no answer."

"This property and the people that run it is excellent. It is ideal for the single traveller or a couple who just require a comfortable base whilst touring the area and the rest of Norfolk. It is very pet friendly and the hosts are excellent, however it is not the easiest location to find in Feltwell, without sat nav. The property is immaculate and well maintained."

"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful.
