"Beautiful beach, water, etc. However, staying at this place was definitely not it for us. We arrived at airport in the middle of the night and could not get a hold of anyone to help us get to the hotel. We had to stay the night in a random hotel & try again in the morning. Terrible communication & accommodations. It is very remote, limited power (electricity), water, food, etc. We had to go find food outside of hotel & we’re lucky to find a restaurant. There’s no grocery or convenience stores....

"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "The entire property is well kept and manage the building, lawn, flowers etc all of it is well manage staff was courteous and always with a smile and ready to help. Cleaning of the room is prompt and timely the bars are always available and ready to serve you all day and all night"

"Front desk staff and all staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome. Amenities were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was the paid minibar in the room. My daughter mistakenly drank one of the water and they charge $5 us for the bottle. Otherwise the hotel is excellent and I will be back."

"WiFi is MID. the way the bathroom is set up (shower wise) water gets everywhere so you’ll need extra towels for the floor. Breakfast options are not. Good. Ambiance is great, pool area (rooftop area/ bar is great. Restaurant on site does close at 3pm, but the rooftop bar is open until 9pm and serves food. Room is great, water pressure is great and hot water is there. Elevator takes forever. Ladies at the front desk are nice. There’s like a nice coffee area that serves coffee and pastries in the lobby which is convenient. Only thing that ruined my trip was not having room service twice back to back so my garbage was full, towels were dirty. I did ask for it to be done but I’m not sure what happened. Not allowed to smoke so keep in mind if you are a smoker. Provides you with an iron, iron board, shower gel, blow dryer, towels, no wash cloths, air conditioners, 2 bottle of water. Has a kitchen and living are space and balcony view. Kitchen has stove with kitchen appliances and utensils."

"The hotel itself is very nice with a great bathroom and a super comfortable bed. The only thing is that the beach is across the street and it’s currently under construction. This means you have to walk a block to the left or right to access the beach. Once you’re on the beach, the vendors are relentless! You have to rent an umbrella/chairs if you haven’t brought your own and there is no way you can relax without someone bothering you. They are even in the ocean wanting to rent you a boogie board! We only went to the beach once because it was that bad and I’m usually someone who will be on the beach all day every day. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but wanted to make other travelers aware."
