"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "Excellent bargain price for a central location within the historic district. Staff are helpful and kind. The advertised earlier check-in of 6am was very beneficial with my early arrival. I opted for the single room option and although it was rather basic, it did the job of providing a comfortable and safe place to stay. Would recommend for other budget travellers."
