"The communication was horrible. The listing does not state the water they give you per person is super limited for bath. The energy is super limited, they even said not to charge my kids tablet when they saw them. Not all rooms have fans (horrible heat we couldnt sleep) and the fans offered were in poor condition. No wifi, no water to make breakfast the next day and the administrator is refusing to acknowledge this is not acceptable. There are nails sticking out on balcony and tables, my...

10/10 Excellent

"Room faced what looks like an office building and there were a few minor inconveniences: can’t control air from your room so Maintence has to change it, the door to outside was unlocked when I got in my room so Maintence had to come show me how to lock it, breakfast took an hour to deliver one morning, room service was pretty slow, bottled water was astronomically expensive, my key stopped working one day BUT food was pretty good, staff was attentive for the most part, pool and hotel was gorgeous!! "
