"After checking in and in our room, next minute the door opens and some one else also was checked into our room, so not very happy about that, no indication that the lift wasn’t working at booking, but was told later buy message, rooms are outdated and very noisy, breakfast was good, Hotel needs a upgrade ."

"The room was spacious we had a lounge and separate bedroom with ensuite. Breakfast was very good and plenty. We used the bar and had dinner there food was good just the pizza was disappointing, made on pre made base with few ingredients and over priced but the rest of the food was lovely. "Got Übereats delivered and reception brought it to my door - brilliant. But, upon check in I wasn't told about communal areas available & couldn't find info on it in my room. Eg - there was an area on Level 5 which looked like it had snacks, but I didnt go in. Also - recommend checking the block out blinds work before bed. Mine didnt and on checkout I was told I should have said something during the night - but I was tired, in my pyjamas, why would I want a strange person in my room/have to get dressed again for something that was supposed to work?"
