"Pool closed for the Season. "

"My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out...

The appartement is the best place you can imagine for your stay in Memphis: nice neighbourhood, near all the sights, lovely old house which is spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We hope we will come back soon!"

"The setup was ideal for us, Tim was always just a text away and really proactive in response to questions and providing insightful info. The only thing was it wasnt quite close enough to walk to things but maybe our stay was too brief to be sure. Everything was just a short Uber away so all in all a wonderful stay!"

"The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. "

"The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including ground coffee for the coffee maker. Being able to regulate the temperature was great because it got pretty cold the second night. It is close to so many restaurants, many also have live music. Parking was included and we greatly appreciated the safety of having this property...
