"Booked 2 rooms, one room the shower is not draining properly. Breakfast is very basic. Second room no curtains, my sister requested to put one but they said they don’t have it.. our last day we requested to have 7:30 breakfast as we have to travel and the lady said no. So we ended up no breakfast and left the hotel. Mind you the breakfast starts from 7-9 but we couldn’t have it 7:30 so doesn’t make sense.. "

"Second time I'm staying in this hotel. Amenities are basic and the rooms are small, sure, but all the essentials are covered, and for a few days and at this price, it totally works. Breakfast in the mornings has a little bit of everything, you can get a couple of dinner options in the evenings, plus the hotel is next to a restaurant (opened 4 days a week) and only 5 minutes on foot from Colmar's historic centre, which has plenty of places to eat too. Also 5 minutes on foot from the Théâtre bus stop (Théâtre and Gare being the two main bus hubs in town)."
