"Honestly, everything in this place was just the bare minimum. One bed didn’t have a flat sheet on it, just fitted sheet and blankets. There were three washcloths for 5 people. Poor quality linens and no extra at all. One hand towel. The keys required to go in and out was annoying. The shower curtain tension rod fell on my daughter’s head and my husband spent 15 minutes fixing it and then we had to barely touch it the whole time we were there. Wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Property was fine, area is quiet and clean. Parking space however is very limited due to people parking on that street to go to the beach. My biggest issue was trying to get into the gate every time we left. It was so hard to open and after I checked in I received the wrong code for my apartment, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone after hours. Left several messages and NEVER got a call back, very frustrating, especially after traveling for so long and can’t even check in till after 4. If it wasn’t...

"The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!"
