"Besides the property, the staff, the people who support and serve their guests is the difference. We greatly appreciated their eagerness to assist, help, make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We would like to acknowledge specifically Lilas and Pedro at the dront, Emely, Maria and Alejandra in the dining room. The laudry service was impeccable. What a group and what a team! We will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you!"
"This is THE best hotel. The property is beautiful, so many inviting places to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere. It is a museum and everywhere you look, there is some history. Staff are well trained, service is fast and flawless. The rooms are perfect, just a bit small but that’s europe for you. Most importantly they are noise proof, have real blackout curtains, all the necessary amenities. I can go on and on, so many details that they get right. Definitely recommend visiting."
"I love how friendly the staff were as soon as you come in and check in. I also love how fluent they were in English as well. The breakfast was delicious and flavorful and love the staff and how affectionately cheerful they are to help start your day. The feel of the hotel makes it feel like you are staying in an apartment like a local. It may seem hidden but it is close by every thing."
