"Me encantó este hotel. Lo recomiendo ya sea para venir en familia, en pareja o sola. Todo está muy bonito, empezando por la recepción, el restaurante, el área compartida y la habitación. Además, el servicio es extraordinario y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. Varias veces pedí recomendaciones para restaurantes, masajes y hasta transporte, y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme en todo lo que pudieron.La comida del restaurante también es buenísima, además de que el hotel está cerca de todo....

"Overall the service was very good, but the towels, bath mats, and pillowcases were very worn, and when I was drying my back, a towel in poor condition tore and I had to pay $250 pesos for it. I immediately informed them about the towel, and when I checked out, they detained me for approximately 20 minutes while the manager told them whether or not to charge me."

"It is a cute basic place. The ownership clearly takes pride in their business. The staff are all very friendly. The breakfast is 7am to 9am and is included in the price. The breakfast is a basic hot breakfast cooked to order. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. Before considering other options, keep in mind that the breakfast will save you time and money and the staff at this hotel really make the place special."
