"Friendly, efficient check in. Room comfortable and positioned at the back of the complex away from main road traffic. Reasonably priced for further onward travel."

"This cottage is as described - a perfect getaway for a couple or young family with a dog.It seems well equipped for a wheel- chair as there is an entry ramp and doors are wide. Bathroom is large with easy shower access, which is what our friend usually finds difficult in holiday rentals. We didn't need this ourselves, so we are not qualified to assess properly.The place is easy to find up a fairly steep hill surrounded by tall eucalypts and wonderful bird song.There is a balcony with sea views to the side which would be great in summer.At night we could hear the waves crashing on the beach.It's too far to walk to Apollo Bay and back of an evening easily, so be aware of this. We saw a minibus at the brewery so maybe do some research if you want to partake and go out in the evening without driving. We did also see a taxi.Recommend Chopstix for takeaway and Brewhouse had a great menu and live music and was busy on Saturday. You can take a dog there undercover in an outdoors heated area, but not the pub proper.Once the gates to the driveway are closed the garden is secure for a dog to wander around it.Hosts are at hand if required next door and very discrete and quiet. this place is usually fully booked, so that tells you all you need to know !"

"We were a little skeptical about staying in a Safari Tent but it was an amazing experience. The ace was exceptionally clean. The electric blanket kept us nice and toasty and we woke to the sound of birds chirping. Overall it was a great experience and my wife said it was the best stay yet."

"Beautiful and tranquil place - it was so amazing to be surrounded by so much nature. A perfect getaway from busy life. The outdoor bath was amazing especially in this cooler weather - would recommend this to anyone who needs some time away. Thanks Heather!"
