"Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. The views are breathtaking, the grounds and pool are beautiful, the breakfast buffet and restaurant were excellent, and the air conditioning was a huge relief during the heatwave. While the property isn't modern, it has a lot of charm. Our biggest challenge was transportation. Although the hotel is described as being within walking distance of Menaggio, that's only realistic with very light luggage. Taxis were difficult to find during our stay, and...

The only thing I can say is breakfast wasn't included and with the hotel being secluded we didn't have an option to have breakfast elsewhere, and the hotel didn't have a variety to choose from.
