Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

No response from accommodation & no stay possible

Overlook the requirement of contacting the accommodation prior to arrival. Did so upon arrival in the afternoon. Called four times without success and left a voice message. Also send an email. Unfortunately no reply or information received and had to look for another place to stay. Not even two days later no reply received and money is gone. Worst place to choose when in Barletta!!!
