"We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...

"What a beautiful place to stay just minutes away from the main plaza in Fiesole! So convenient. The view and garden were especially beautiful. It was a nice perk to have a swimming area to sunbathe and a place to do laundry. The mosquitos were plentiful, and that would happen anywhere in Fiesole, so just a heads up if you have never been."

"Beautiful accommodations! No complaints and we were there 6 days. "The page on Hotels.com stated the property offered a shuttle to the Florence airport. The hotel DOES NOT have a shuttle. The staff was available to request a taxi which was on time very early am. About 30 € for the ride. We left before the breakfast started. The pool was very nice."
