"Staff were lovely, the room clean and tidy, modern design, ours was a twin room number 109… decent size and a nice bathroom with good shower. The window gave very little light as it overlooked an internal area where pipes etc were so no view at all. I should prob have e checked the view when booking.
We did have an issue with late night music noise which went on to about 2:00/3:00am every night … other than that the location is pretty perfect for all the areas . Great metro and bus links close to the gothic quarter
Breakfast was a nice range of buffet items in a lovely clean and bright dining area
Two lifts for accessibility … room was made up beautifully every morning when requested"
