This bright and welcoming apartment is located next to the subway station Monumental and next to the famous Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi masterpiece.

The old town and city center (Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya, Ramblas) is less than 10 minutes away by metro or 20 minutes by foot.

The metro station is located very near. Only 200 meters away.

The apartment is ready to make guests feel at home.

It has two double bedrooms.

Both bedrooms have a double bed.

Leftover space to store all your belongings.

There is a complete bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, etc..

Of course, you`ll find all the cookware and utensils you might need.

The living room has a large comfortable sofa convertible into a double bed 140x200cm.

There is also an extendable table up to 6 people.

Pois

Sinceramente a única coisa que vale a pena neste alojamento é a localização. A casa é para 6 pessoas e não existiam condições para essas pessoas todas, por exemplo existiam apenas 1 faca e 2 colheres para todos. Para além disso, a casa estava suja e tinha várias coisas estragadas. A comunicação com a pessoa por aqui não foi possível, nunca me respondeu a nenhuma mensagem. Também não gostei da aplicação no geral, foi a primeira vez que reservei por aqui e o apoio ao cliente é mau.

Not what we expected

The flats location was great. Very central and close to a lot of landmarks. It can be quite loud, even at night, but we knew this when booking. The flat was missing a lot of cooking utensils and the coffee percolator was missing it's handle. The beds were not very comfortable; the pillows were very flat and didn't provide a lot of support.

Accueil parfait et arrangeant, appartement conforme à l annonce. Bémol, manque d équipement flagrant!:exemples : 1 bol pour 6 3 verres pour 6

Host was friendly and accomodating. Could really have used some paper towels and more than 2 small rolls of toilet paper. An extra pillow and blankets would be helpful. Finally, kitchen dinnerware and utensils need some improvement. Cooking was difficult given the materials available.

We really enjoyed the property! Its location was excellent, short walks to La Sagrada Familia, Park De Cuitadella, and many places to shop and eat. Very walkable! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and Victoria was very responsive and easy to work with! Thank you!

Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich, keine kaffeemaschine, kein Krug o.ä. waschmaschine aber kein wäscheständer. Sofa kaputt und daher nicht ausklappbar. Ansonsten top Wohnung. Sehr nah an sagrada familia.

Convenient location

The location was close to the se grade familia and the Mirador Torres Glores. The photos make it look a little better than it was. It was clean, walls are scuffed. The main issue was we were told to make sure the windows and doors were locked when we left and upon checking them, the window in the first bedroom would not lock. His window opens onto a small balcony and slides to open. We called to let them know and they said a maintenance man would come to look at it. The only th8ng we could find to block the window shut was the bedside stand which we placed there to secure our possession so we could meet friends for dinner. When returned , the maintenance person had obviously been there since the bedside stand was no longer in the track of the window, but the window was not locked and had obviously never lock since the latch on the frame sits about 3 inch’s above the connecting part on the window. Unfortunately whi don’t travel with a star nit screw driver or I could have fixed it myself and probably stayed despite the room darkening shade in the second bedroom not lowering and the mattress being about 4 inches thick and sitting very low to the ground. We notified Dani the next day that we were not comfortable staying with the window not locking and moved to a hotel for the following 3 days of our trip. We did not hear back, nor did she offer a refund. This more than doubled the cost of our stay in Barcelona since paid for both this place and a hotel and multiple cab rides.
