- Keep the apartment in perfect condition.

- Do not smoke in the apartment.

- No more people in the apartment than the number of people registered in the booking.



To avoid disturbing the neighbours, the terrace is not accessible from 23:00 to 9:00.



The tourist tax of €6.25 per person per night is not included in the price. It applies to persons over 17 years old and for the first 7 nights of the stay.



The apartment is delivered clean and checked. During the stay, you can request an additional cleaning service if needed.
