We have a parking space available just 5 mins from the apartment.

The house is located on a street in Cornellà, a town in the Baix Llobregat region, in the province of Barcelona. This area is located about 10 km from the city centre and is known for its quiet and residential atmosphere.
The history of the area dates back to Roman times, when several agricultural settlements were established in the area. During the Middle Ages, the area was an important centre of agricultural production, and in the 18th and 19th centuries several farmhouses and textile mills were built in the area.
Tourist attractions near the flat include the Parc de Can Mercader, a 40-hectare public park with gardens, lakes, a farm, a labyrinth and a picnic area. There is also the Splau Shopping Centre, which has numerous shops, restaurants and cinemas.
In terms of recommendations for typical bars and restaurants, there is the Masia Can Mercader Restaurant, a traditional Catalan restaurant offering dishes such as cod with samfaina and escalivada, and Els Tinars, a tapas bar offering a wide selection of local dishes and wines.
In terms of places to eat, there are also numerous supermarkets and food shops in the area, as well as a variety of cafés and breakfast bars.
In terms of transport, the area is served by several bus lines that connect to the city centre and other nearby areas, as well as the Cornellà Centre metro station, which allows you to reach the centre of Barcelona in about 20 minutes. In addition, there are several train stations nearby, making the area easily accessible from other parts of Catalonia.

Just a quick note to let you know that on weekends and public holidays, the street where the apartment is located will be closed to car traffic. This is part of a city initiative to make the area more pedestrian-friendly and enjoyable for everyone.
If you’re arriving or planning to move around by car, please keep this in mind and consider nearby parking options or public transport. The area remains easily accessible on foot.
Welcome to this home with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a modern design and lovely finishing touches that make you feel at home. Make yourself comfortable and relax on the comfy sofa after a long day.
The master bedroom is the perfect place to unwind after a day full of activities. The bed is super comfortable and the fresh sheets ensure a good night's sleep. Plus, you don't have to live out of your suitcase, as there's plenty of storage space so you can unpack and feel at home from the get-go.
The other two bedrooms are also comfortable and cosy, perfect for children or visiting guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, and the modern bathroom has all the amenities you need to feel at home.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only. The bedrooms do not have A/C, but fans are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.
In addition, there are several typical bars and restaurants in the area offering a wide variety of local and exotic dishes for you to try. There is also a good selection of shops and supermarkets nearby for your daily shopping.
There are excellent transport links close to the house, including bus and metro stations, making it easy and convenient to get around the city. Come and enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in this beautiful home!
Travel times by subway: 20 min to Camp Nou, 30 min to the station Barcelona Sants, 35 min to La Fira (MWC), 35 min to Plaza Espanya, 40 min to Sagrada Familia, 45 min to Plaza Catalunya.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 6 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
-Starting May 1st, a tourist tax of 1.10€ per person per night will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid separately at check-in in cash. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
