"The hotel has asked us to send us a taxi to pick up with lower price but it didn't come. We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. "Everything was more than perfect!! The apartment was huge and everything very clean, even the towels smell fantastic. The staff, especially cleaning and and the bar, were so kind and always helpful, we enjoyed every moment there. The location was great to reach any point on the island, we felt so welcome there, I can nothing but really recommend this place, our best stay anywhere so far, thanks again for everything!!"
