"Our room was on the third floor, and the "guest" below us was a nightmare to deal with. According to the front desk's staff, she used to work for the Hotel Foundation and is now living in the hotel as a result of an accident. After check-in, we had to go through our luggage and she kept knocking the ceiling to complain about the noise our luggage made.
