"The Neighborhood is Beautiful! And The Cabin is Wonderful! We were able to enjoy a fire on the back deck, then have some jacuzzi time. The second night we lit a fire in the fireplace, ordered pizza and watched a movie. Loved the feel of the cabin! It was Clean, and felt very homey. And The Hosts are excellent! Super friendly, quick to respond and assist. Would definitely recommend!"

"Poor communication Full refund received. Why? Walked in to a cabin looking occupied. Dishes in sink. Windows, cabinets and doors left open. Beds a mess. Blankets tossed. Tv on? So took pics and vacated. Took 4 hours from check in at 3rd party to get communication from anyone. After 62 minutes on customer service lines.. multiple supervisors Finally received full refund. Slept on futon at family’s in town. "

"Tan film live along the edge of the water line around the inside of the spa. Maybe get a gardener for the weeds in the backyard. But the large connect four was a great touch. The board games could be updated with all pieces would help. There's a lot of little pieces of paper trash and colored pages torn out from kid coloring books in manh of the drawers. The bathroom has a hair burning smell once in awhile when you walk in to the bathroom so you might want to check that out sometimes that means...

"It’s hard for me to leave bad reviews but the listing is misleading. “Luxury” - it’s not by any means. The pictures make it look way better than it actually is . There are so many things that need attention but there is an obvious complete lack of care on the maintenance and aesthetics. I don’t want to be mean but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. What I will say is, it would be a great idea to hire a professional house cleaner because I can tell that’s not happening. I saw a previous review...

"Definitely not a two bedroom house. It was an open loft with no doors. The kitchen had some supplies missing , such as a spachula for cooking. "
